I don't think I will be using this as my final bacteria as it appears to be soft/fluffy with the many spikes so I am going to refine the spikes a bit more. However, when I looked at your suggestion of number 10, I felt that 11 and 12 could be part of a 'life cycle' of the bacteria i.e. the less and more resistant?
agreed, but 11 looks a bit 'peachy' to me to be truly threatening - maybe tinker with the hue/saturation of that colour until you find something a bit less 'pleasant'?
